INGREDIENTS
Rockfish Filet
Mayonaisse
Butter, Pat Size
Onions, thinly sliced
Potato, thinly sliced
Old Bay seasoning
PREPARATION
Spread fillet with a thin layer of mayonaisse
Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on mayo
Top with onions and potatoes
Place 2 to 3 pats of butter on top
Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes
