Soft Shell Crabs
Milk
Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION
Clean and wash your soft shell crab(s), pat dry.
Soak in milk for 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.
Place your soft shells belly down on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet
Add salt and pepper and one pat of butter.
Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. They will turn golden brown and crispy without the breading and oil.
