INGREDIENTS
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder
Dill Weed
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Seafood Seasoning
Bacon Bits
PREPARATION
Coat skin of salmon with olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder or garlic salt.
Turn over and sprinkle with garlic powder or spraywith garlic juice.
Lightly sprinkle with dill weed , montreal steak seasoning, and seafood seasoning.
Place two pats of butter on center of fillet and cover completely with bacon bits.
Broil skin side down for 4-6 minutes, check color in center. Should be a very light orange on edge and slightly darker in the center.
