INGREDIENTS
1 Onion
2 Cans of Cream of Shrimp Soup
One Pound of Cooked Shrimp
Curry Powder
Sour Cream
Rice
PREPARATION
Saute one onion in butter.
Add two cans Cream of Shrimp soup.
Add one pound of cooked shrimp.
Season with curry powder
Add 8 ounces of sour cream at very last to thicken.
Serve over rice.
