INGREDIENTS
(2) 7 - 9 oz filets of golden tilefish
2 - 4 t of butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs
4 slices of lemon
PREPARATION
Melt butter and add parmesan cheese,
Spread over fish filet
Sprinkle bread crumbs over filet
Squeeze one slice of lemon over each filet
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Sprinkle parsley and paprika over filet
Add slice of lemon and serve
