INGREDIENTS
4 trout filets
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon mustard, not dry
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon onion flakes
Pinch of salt and rosemary
PREPARATION
Place trout filets in greased baking dish. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour half of sauce over the filets and broil 6-7 minutes. Add remainder of sauce and cook until fish
